Debra A Willman, ABA (accredited in business accountancy) has operated her own accounting firm in the Melbourne area for 20 years. Debi's prior firm has worked with manufacturing, retailers, restaurants and other small business clients. She was previously on the staff of a Florida Certified Public Accounting firm and has been a Controller in private industry.
Donna J Poling, EA ATA ATP
Donna Jean (Beckham) Poling, EA ATA ATP has been an Enrolled Agent since 1988 and was the founder and President of Poling & Associates, Inc. until 2001. From then until 2006 she was the President and Tax and Accounting Principal of Poling, Beckham & Giovannoni, Inc. based in the Daytona metro area, also serving St. Augustine, Florida. Since 2006 she has been President of The Washingtonian Group, Inc. and Accounting & Tax Principal of Saffold, Beckham & Giovannoni, Inc.
In her career, Donna has been a Municipal Finance Officer for two Florida cities, a senior accounting & tax staffer with a Florida CPA firm, an accountant with a large national non-profit and a large metropolitan hospital. She served as the deputy CFO of a Florida Public Choice Charter School for four years. She has also provided accounting & controllership services to auto dealers and construction contractors. Her firms have served almost every kind of small business.
Donna is a Senior Tax & Accounting Principal with Greater Brevard Indian River Accounting, LLC.
. John M S Giovannoni, EA CMA ABA ATA ATP
John Michael Saffold Giovannoni EA CMA ABA ATA ATP has been an Enrolled Agent since 1979 and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) since 1987.
He was a Licensed Public Accountant in the Nation’s capital from 1979 to 1999. He passed the Accreditation in Accountancy Exam in 1978.
Mr. Giovannoni has been a Controller and CFO in private industry and a director or officer of two NAA-IMA chapters for 12 years. John was President of the SW Florida Chapter in 1986-87. He also served on the Accounting Standards Committee of the Washington Institute of Public Accountants.
He has been a frequent speaker to business and professional groups, including the Florida state convention of the National Association of Tax Professionals. He is the co-author of the employment agencies chapter in the Prentice-Hall NSA book “Accounting Systems for Small and Medium Sized Businesses.”
John was a Tax Manager with the then oldest and largest firm of Certified Public Accountants in Naples, Florida with 4 regional offices. He has been a tax specialist advisor to five Florida CPA firms. He was also the Tax Manager for a member firm of the AICPA Division of Firms with offices in two states.
Mr. Giovannoni served as the Board Chair and CFO of Florida Public Choice Charter School for four years and served for three years on a community advisory board of the Salvation Army. John has been an assistant Scoutmaster in the BSA and served on a Cub Pack committee. He also served the Naples-Collier County Chamber of Commerce as Chair of the Naples Computer Show.
John was for eight years a speaker and for four years chair of the Southwest Florida Tax Workshop.
John is now the Chair of The Washingtonian Group, Inc., Chair and a Tax and Accounting Principal with Saffold, Beckham & Giovannoni, Inc. and a Senior Tax & Accounting Principal of Greater Brevard Indian River Accounting, LLC.
. Barbara J Beckham
Barbara J. Beckham was member of the American Institute of Practicing Bookkeepers for many years and was the Chief Accountant for Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida for 14 years. In the late 1980’s she founded Beckham & Associates, Inc. to serve small business payroll and accounting clients in St. Augustine, Florida. During her career Barbara worked for the Florida East Coast Railway, Potter's Wax Museum and a mobile home manufacturer.
Since 2006 she had been the Managing Principal of Barbara’s Bookkeeping Service, LLC, serving clients in St. Augustine and other small cities in Florida. Barbara has been the accounting and financial advisor to many small businesses, service stations and churches.
